Yoga and Science of Living (Jeevan Vigyan) form an integral part of the Curriculum. Thus helping creating a healthy mind in a healthy body. Learning and practicing Jeevan Vigyan increases intellectual and memory power as it gives more importance to the basic source of learning, than to learning itself.
